Tia (which means "Auntie" in Spanish) Paty is a well-known and loved teacher here at Valley. She co-teaches alongside Ms. Desiree, as well as leads the Pre-K Spanish Immersion program.
Paty is originally from Chile, and began her teaching career nearly a decade ago. She most recently moved with her family from Hawaii where she worked and taught younger students.
She loves to create fun, hands-on games and activities for her preschool-aged children. She incorporates lots of music and movement throughout her classes and the children enjoy her upbeat personality!
In her free time, Tia Paty enjoys spending time with her husband, children, nieces, and nephews. She also designs and sells her personal creations/works on the website, Teachers Pay Teachers. Her favorite past-time hobby is scrap-booking.
Valley Preschool welcomed to our staff this year Mary Sullivan. Mary enjoys working in a school setting and spending time with preschool-aged children.
Mary serves as an aid to Ms. Desiree in the WThF PM class.
When not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
